Daily Routine : Morning or Evening (3-4 times a week):
Soapnut (Reetha) Wash:
- Prepare soapnut shampoo or cleanser as recommended.
- Massage gently onto wet scalp and hair, focusing on the roots. Let it sit for a few minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Note: Soapnut is a gentle, natural cleanser effective against dandruff, but daily use is usually unnecessary—instead, opt for every other day or every third day to avoid dryness.
Neem Water/Paste Application:
On days you don’t shampoo, you may dab diluted neem water onto your scalp or use a mild neem-based scalp spray. Neem’s antifungal and antibacterial properties regularly inhibit dandruff-causing microbes and maintain scalp balance.
